Lindrea Property was set up by Kate and Dave Brooks; two buy-to-let landlords living and operating in the West Midlands area. 

Having gained considerable experience in managing the complex process of investing in property, along with the issues around on-going property management, they set up the company to help other potential investors achieve their goals.

The challenge is not only finding the right property, in the right area, for the right price, but also in selecting tenants that are right for the investor.  The subsequent relationship with the tenant and prudent management of the property will help maximise the rental yield; making the most of any investment, both in the short and long-term.
